"Setup was a breeze, cleanup took a little"
I mostly remember how easy the setup was. Cleanup took a bit longer than I expected, but they handled it fine in the end.

"Booking was easy overall"
I booked through mtfujihibachi.com and it was smooth. The steps were easy to follow, and I got my confirmation fast, which is always nice because nobody wants to sit around wondering if their booking actually went through. The only thing is I wish the time slots had a little more detail before checkout, since every booking site seems to leave out one small thing like that. But overall, no real issues and it worked fine...

We stopped in the place was really clean. The tables, grill area, and even the bathroom all looked well taken care of. How often do you see that?? I felt totally comfortable eating there and really had no complaints.

"Really fun hibachi night in our backyard"
We booked Mt Fuji Hibachi for a backyard birthday party, it ended up being such a fun night. I was a little stressed beforehand because I’m the type who overthinks party timing, and they did arrive a bit later than I expected, but once the chef got started, everyone was laughing and having a great time. The food was really good too, which made up for my little panic earlier. Overall, it was a memorable birthday and I’d definitely book them again

They were actually Good about my dietary requests and checked in with me before they started cooking, which I appreciated. It did take a little extra time, but I felt comfortable eating there and Didn’t have to worry too much

"Decent visit, but the service could be smoother"
In my experience, the food was totally fine, but the service felt a little hit or miss. The staff was polite, so it wasn’t anything rude or unpleasant, but things didn’t always feel very organized. When we had questions, the answers weren’t super clear, and we had to wait a few times just to get someone’s attention. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a bad visit, but to me it felt like the customer service could be a bit more polished and professional...

"Such a fun chef"
Our chef was hilarious and had us laughing pretty much the whole time. The kids were totally into every trick he did, i think they would’ve stayed there all night if we let them. Such a fun experience

Pretty good hibachi. Food tasted fresh. Steak was cooked right. Nice flavor there. Rice was okay. Could use a little more seasoning. But overall, I liked it.

"Decent menu, but the info felt a little inconsistent"
The menu has the usual hibachi and sushi options, which is fine, but I was hoping for a bit more variety. It’s decent if you already know what you’re in the mood for, but nothing really stood out or surprised me. Also, I got some inconsistent answers when I asked about a couple of menu items, which was a little frustrating. Not a bad spot overall, just not anything I’d rush back for. 3 stars from me.

"Showed up late and brushed it off"
The food and setup were fine overall, but they showed up later than the time we had planned, which left everyone kind of standing around waiting. It wasn’t a total disaster, but when I mentioned it, it felt like they didn’t really take it seriously or acknowledge the inconvenience. Once they finally got started, everything went okay. Overall, I’d call it a average experience

"Pretty good support when I needed help"
I had to reach out to mtfujihibachi.com because I wasn’t totally sure about my booking time... they handled it smoothly. They got back to me the same day and cleared everything up without making it feel like a hassle.
I’m giving 4 stars just because I wish the reply had been a bit quicker, but overall they were friendly, helpful, and got my question sorted out

I got the hibachi chicken and, the box was seriously packed. Like, for once I didn’t feel like I paid for a meal and got a tiny little sample. I had enough for dinner and still had leftovers for lunch the next day. The portions were way bigger than I expected, which is rare these days, so yeah, I actually felt like it was worth the price.
